As the head of branding at FLSmidth, I played a key role in revitalizing the FLSmidth brand.

Coming from a background of traditions and heavy equipment, it was crucial for FLSmidth to adapt to a changing world where sustainability is increasingly important. To succeed, the brand strategy and, ultimately, the brand identity had to be a vital tool in the whole change process that FLSmidth needed to start.

The brand revitalization has led FLSmidth to the forefront of sustainable businesses within mining and cement – two of the world’s most CO2 and water-intensive industries.
