Together with my team, I was responsible for driving the process of developing the new brand platform and implementing the brand identity on all significant touchpoints.
Furthermore, I facilitated bringing together cement and mining marketing in developing the customer magazines Discover Mining and Discover Cement, taking the first steps into using these magazines as a thought leader platform in the organization.
Finally, I advised top management on brand strategy for acquired product companies. Managed a team of three designers, fostering creativity and setting benchmarks in branding excellence.

In 2013, the Coloplast corporate brand did not reflect the consumer-oriented look of its range of product brands, and there was untapped potential in the transferral of brand equity from product brands to corporate brands.
Therefore, in cooperation with my team in Corporate Branding and our external agency, I directed a re-positioning of the corporate brand using the same consumer-oriented look and feel as the highly successful Ostomy Care and Continence Care products brands, SenSura® Mio, Brava®, and SpeediCath®. The re-positioning presented a direction leading to the more coherent Coloplast brand of today.

In 2012, I proposed a new brand strategy and identity for Danmark’s Nationalbank answering the need for a more consistent and modern brand. I implemented the design on all platforms, from publications to a new responsive website.
Furthermore, I was a part of the website project team, working closely together with all levels of the organization. I designed the overall concept for the website and all of the front-end designs and advised on brand communication.
